Showing Up For the People Who Deserve to Be Heard
Timothy “Tim” Nicolette became an attorney because his father believed he would be a great one. That kind of faith has a way of shaping a person. Tim has spent his career working to prove his father right, and along the way, he found something that made the work feel personal: personal injury law.
His first job out of law school was with a personal injury firm, and it didn’t take long to understand why this area of law matters so much. The people who walk through the door have already been through something hard. Then they run into an insurance company that treats them like a number rather than a neighbor. Tim stays in this fight because he believes those people deserve better, and because he knows how to go up against the giants on their behalf.
One Word: Versatile
When asked to describe himself as an attorney in one word, Tim chose versatile.
“versatile: embracing a variety of subjects, fields, or skills; turning with ease from one thing to another…”
In personal injury law, no two cases are the same. Tim’s ability to adapt, think on his feet, and find the right approach for each unique situation is one of the most valuable things he brings to the table for the people he represents.
