Matthew Guerra

As Front Office Administrator, he sees his role simply: being a reliable, efficient point of contact during what could be one of the harder times you're facing, always asking the right questions and putting in real effort to answer yours.

Matty holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of South Carolina. His path into the legal field came from a genuine love for law and the practice itself, along with the hope of one day growing into a legal specialist role at the firm. Empathy and transparency are the values he holds closest, ones he's leaned on through plenty of ups and downs in his own life, and values he finds especially meaningful to bring to Armada's Hispanic community.

Outside of work, Matty stays close to his soccer roots as both a player and a coach, having played college soccer after an all-state high school career. He also enjoys hiking to take in the scenery, and unwinding with vintage TV shows.
