Job Description

Role Overview

  • Translate CEO vision into operational reality and financial success
  • Own all non-legal, day-to-day operations for a hybrid (in-office + virtual) team
  • Scale a high-growth service firm through disciplined EOS implementation

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Accountability

  • Lead daily operations; own financial outcomes and KPIs
  • Align vision, mission, VTO, annual targets, and 90-day priorities
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable a growing leadership team; drive a high-performance culture

Financial Oversight

  • Own P&L; achieve revenue, profit, and growth goals
  • Optimize case value and overall profitability
  • Manage budgets, proformas, and timely financial reporting

Operational Excellence / EOS

  • Run EOS rhythm (L10s, Rocks, scorecards)
  • Refine “Armada Way” processes for consistency & scale
  • Oversee risk management (malpractice, HR, cyber, financial)
  • Leverage technology and AI to streamline operations
  • Supervise admin, IT, HR, and vendor relations; ensure top-tier client experience

People Development & Culture

  • Foster a values-aligned, high-performance culture
  • Develop leadership capabilities and training programs
  • Maintain high employee and client satisfaction

Strategic Growth

  • Partner with CEO to convert vision into actionable plans
  • Drive expansion into new legal verticals and markets
  • Prepare systems and teams for rapid, sustainable growth
