Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Armada Law, a personal injury law firm located in Greenville, South Carolina (“Sponsor”). This promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the State of South Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Armada Law, and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on June 5, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 23, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The following methods of entry are available:
  • Primary Requirement Entry (5 entries): Submit a personal injury referral using the official entry form at [armadalaw.com/giveaway]. You must provide your name, email address, and the name and contact information of the person you are referring, along with a brief description of the potential injury matter. By submitting, you confirm that the referred individual is aware they may be contacted by Armada Law for a free, no-obligation case evaluation.
  • Bonus Entry — Follow (1 entry each platform): Follow @ArmadaLaw on Instagram and/or Facebook during the Entry Period. Limit one entry per platform, per person.
  • Bonus Entry — Like (1 entry): Like the official giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook.
  • Bonus Entry — Tag (1 entry per tag): Tag a friend in the comments of the official giveaway post. Each unique tagged friend counts as one entry. Tagging the same person multiple times will not generate additional entries.
  • Bonus Entry — Story Share (1 entry): Share the official giveaway post to your Instagram or Facebook Story during the Entry Period.
Limit: One referral form submission per person. Entries are non-transferable. Automated or bulk entries, and entries by any means that circumvent the entry process, are prohibited and will be disqualified.
5. Referral Submissions
Submission of a referral through the entry form does not guarantee that the referred individual will become a client of Armada Law or that a legal matter will be accepted for representation. All referrals are subject to attorney review and conflict screening. No attorney-client relationship is created by the submission of a referral form. Armada Law will contact referred individuals to discuss whether legal representation may be appropriate for their circumstances.
6. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $100 gas gift card, a car detailing package, and a roadside safety kit. With an approximate retail value (ARV) of $240.00 USD. The prize has no cash equivalent. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the stated prize becomes unavailable. All expenses not specifically listed above are the winner’s responsibility.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected on or about June 26, 2026, via a random weighted drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Weighting will reflect the number of entries earned by each participant as described in Section 4. The drawing will be conducted using a third-party random selection tool.
The potential winner will be notified by direct message on the social media platform through which they entered, within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
The winner’s first name and initial may be announced publicly on Armada Law’s social media channels. Your photo will be taken when you pick up the ticket from our office. No other personally identifiable information will be shared publicly without consent.
8. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period and the weighted entry totals of each participant.
9. Privacy
By entering, participants agree that Armada Law may use their name and entry information as permitted by these Official Rules and Armada Law’s Privacy Policy. Information submitted via the referral form will be used to contact the referred individual regarding a potential free case evaluation and will be stored in Armada Law’s client relationship management system. Armada Law will not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes except as described herein or required by law.
10. General Conditions
  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible, or misdirected entries.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this giveaway.
  • By participating, if chosen, the winner agrees to be photographed when receiving the giveaway items and allow Sponsor to share on their social media and/or website.
  • This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
