Introduction & Professional Summary
Mark has had the opportunity to practice law in South Carolina for over 15 years. Primarily, his career has been practicing personal injury, helping those injured by the negligence and recklessness of others.
Mark has been able to secure significant resolutions for his clients, from tortfeasors to include not just individuals, but trucking companies, bars who have overserved drunk drivers, manufacturers who have built and designed negligent products, and even the South Carolina Department of Transportation for design and maintenance of roadways. He has left no stone unturned in his pursuit of justice for his clients.
During this time, Mark had the opportunity to appear in courtrooms in almost every country across the State, including the Federal District of South Carolina. He has been able to guide his clients through the rigors of our civil litigation system, from the day they first meet until they’ve secured a verdict from a jury to make them whole.
