She oversees the strategy that drives Armada's growth, manages its website and campaigns, and mentors a team of bright, growing marketing professionals along the way.

For Cheye, marketing is about helping people, not just reaching them. Cheye holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Psychology, and she has worked in digital marketing since 2015. She loves the balance her work strikes between creativity, logic, strategy, psychology, and human connection. Even after more than a decade, she still finds that every day feels like a fresh puzzle, because society never stops changing.

Outside of work, Cheye takes great pride in her gardens and is on her way to becoming a certified Master Gardener, tending spaces that support the native ecosystem as much as they please the eye. She also treasures traveling and exploring new cities and cultures with her family, seeing the world through the lens of others and walking in their shoes.
