Listening first: before asking anything else about what happens next

As an Intake Specialist at Armada Law Injury Attorneys, she's often the first person you'll talk to, walking you through what happens next and helping get things moving so you can get connected with an attorney or our legal team as quickly as possible.
Danessa is working toward a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She brings a genuine curiosity to her work, and she knows that no two accidents or conversations are ever quite the same. One of the first cases she signed shaped how she works today, teaching her to listen first before asking anything else.
Danessa believes that even when the team is unable to take on a case, the person on the other end of the call should leave having a clear idea on what to do next, whether that's for themselves or a family member who might need the guidance down the road. She's committed to showing up ready to educate, guide, and give her full attention to everyone she speaks with, every single time.
When you talk to Danessa, expect an easy, casual conversation. She wants you to feel like you can talk to her without pressure, and that it's completely okay to be frustrated about what happened. Outside of work, Danessa is an outdoorsy person at heart. She enjoys playing volleyball, softball, and going camping and on hikes (as long as there are no snakes involved!)
