He oversees the firm's IOLTA account and making sure the people working most closely with clients have what they need to do it well. He's spent six years in the legal field, four of them at Armada, and he's drawn to the work by a genuine love of how the industry operates and a constant chance to keep learning.
He believes that the Kick-Ass Mind Blowing Experience starts with peace of mind: making sure every case is handled carefully so no client is ever left wondering if they're being taken care of. That mindset shapes how he leads his team, with an approach that stays light and approachable rather than overly serious, something he believes makes for a better environment for everyone involved.
Dylan wants to see every client walk away from working with the firm having learned something, and he sees Armada's role as helping shape a legal industry that teaches people, not just represents them. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys adventures with his wife and their animals, along with golf, hiking, video games, and fantasy novels.
