Kruz McCollum
Head of AI Transformation
Kruz McCollum has been taking technology apart to understand how it works since he was seven years old, and he still approaches every problem the same way: find where a system fails, then build something better.

Building things: faster, with people instead of paperwork

As Head of AI Transformation at Armada Law Injury Attorneys, he works across every department, spotting the weak points where technology can lift a load off the team, whether that is AI, automation, or simply getting two systems to finally talk to each other.
Most of Kruz's work lives behind the screen, in the integrations and tools he builds so the rest of the firm can move faster and spend its time on people instead of paperwork. His instinct for finding where things break was sharpened early, in a career that began in cybersecurity, where he responsibly uncovered security flaws in systems built by major technology companies. Recruited by the NSA at seventeen, he turned it down because he wanted to build things rather than work inside someone else's box.
What Kruz values most about Armada is the team and the speed. He can bring an idea up and be building it that same week, and every department has welcomed him in and shown him how their world works. He points to the firm's commitment to delivering Kick Ass Mind Blowing Experiences (KAMBE) as the reason it clicks: creating one for someone else changes how you show up for your own work, empowering the people around you and yourself at the same time.
Outside of work, Kruz fishes and works on cars, hands-on hobbies that are a welcome change of pace from a job that happens mostly on a screen.
