Matt Kobukowski

As Head of Operations at Armada Law Injury Attorneys, he channels that belief into the firmwide processes that move clients' cases forward, always working to maintain, improve, and develop the systems that turn the firm's momentum into real, tangible benefits for the people it serves.

Matt came to operations by way of the front lines. He spent five years as a legal assistant with a national bankruptcy firm and more than two years at Armada, growing from Legal Specialist to a Legal Operations and Technology expert before stepping into his current role, and that path means he understands a case from the inside out. He studied Accounting at the College of Charleston and is currently a student at USC Aiken, continually expanding the business knowledge he brings to helping Armada run well and reach even more people seeking justice.

What keeps Matt showing up is the people. He is deeply moved by the changes the firm can make in the lives of clients who trusted them during their hardest moments, and he is just as passionate about a team that empowers everyone to grow, improve, and learn. His philosophy is a simple one: meet everyone where they are, with no judgment and no such thing as an incorrect question, so there is never a reason to be anything other than yourself. Educate and Empower is the value closest to him, and watching knowledge lift someone out of anxiety and into control is, in his words, a singularly meaningful experience.

Outside of work, Matt is a distance runner, hiker, golfer, reader, and gamer who also solves Rubik's Cubes and spends plenty of time with his dog, Cole.
