Scott Bradley

Scott's grandmother told him he should become a lawyer because he could always understand both sides of every argument. That ability still drives his work today. Scott began his legal career in New Orleans, practicing on the defense side. Then Hurricane Katrina hit, and he and his family lost everything. In the aftermath, he watched insurance companies take advantage of the most vulnerable victims, and it changed the direction of his career. He switched sides to advocate for people who need someone by their side during one of the hardest times of their lives.

Scott has been practicing law for almost 30 years. As our Head of Legal, he helps us fight relentlessly for our clients. Having worked on both sides, he knows how insurance companies and their lawyers think, and he puts that insight to work for the people we represent. When he can't negotiate a fair settlement for an injured family, he knows exactly how to take the case to trial. Standing up to the largest corporations, insurance companies, and their defense attorneys is what he does best.
