Virgil Guerra

As the Intake Manager at Armada Law Injury Attorneys, his job is to make sure every potential client has a great first experience and that no one who needs help ever falls through the cracks.

Before entering the legal field, Virgil built his career in operations, supply chain, and process improvement, holding a bachelor's degree in International Business and Logistics. He started at Armada Law Injury Attorneys in an intake role himself before being promoted to lead the department. Virgil is bilingual in English and Spanish, which helps him connect with a wider range of clients.

Virgil finds purpose not just in helping the person on the phone, but in building the systems and coaching his team so that same level of care reaches everyone who calls. He doesn't have a "good enough" mentality; he's always looking for ways to make the client experience, and his team, a little better than the day before.

You're not just a case number to Virgil, and you can expect empathy, honesty, and professionalism when speaking with him. He'll always be upfront about what to expect and do everything he can to make sure you feel heard from that first conversation, not rushed or ignored. His goal is to make sure you feel comfortable before moving forward, and to ensure you're treated with the same respect and level of service he'd expect if one of his own family members were calling for help.

Outside of work, Virgil's biggest motivation is his family. He's a lifelong learner who enjoys reading about leadership and new technology, and a sports fan who follows AC Milan, the New England Patriots, and Notre Dame football.
