Ysrael studied Psychology and has spent close to a decade answering calls across different industries, experience that shapes the patience and care he brings to every conversation, no matter how stressful the reason for the call.

He takes real pride in creating a good first impression and doing what he can to make that first call a little easier. He believes that there's always room to learn, improve and make reception run a little smoother than it did the day before.
